My husband and I are DESPERATE to find a renter for our Condo in Garden Grove, Orange County. There is no one living there right now, so you would be the only people there.
It is a Large 1bd/1bath upstairs unit in a gated munity that is really quiet, pretty and has nice neighbors. It is unfurnished, but it es with a fridge and washer/dryer in the unit and a 2 car detached garage with lots of storage space. It has been newly remodeled with new carpet, walk in closet and new paint throughout. We are asking for a $500 deposit and rent of $1000 .
We really need a renter as soon as possible and if you are interested please me. We are in danger of having 2 mortgage payments we can't afford so we really need a renter by 12/06 or 1/07. Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon. I really hope you can help us with this situation!
