A polite, clean roommate is wanted starting August 2008 until at least Decemeber 2008.
I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is on the first floor and all the windows in the apartment face the central park-ish area. The apartment has a full, functioning kitchen and washer and dryer set. The plex has a pool, parking deck and small gym. There is a shuttle bus stop in front of the plex as well for traveling either in Atlantic Station or to MARTA.
The spare bedroom has its own bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. (The bathroom is not attached to the room so it also functions as a guest bathroom.) There is currently furniture in this bedroom (full size bed, small desk, dresser with mirror, full length mirror and night stand).
I am including utilities (power, water, cable TV, wireless internet, trash) in the rent so the $850 is all you will be monthly.
