Hello, this apartment is located in the North East section of Washington, D.C. (close to Trinity College). The apartment building has three levels, with this apartment located on the third level. It's located about 2-3 miles from union station, downtown Washington, D.C., etc. With access to the metro bus service, as well as free street parking in front of the building if you have a vehicle. The apartment has hardwood floors, and all utilities (water, electric, sewer) is included in the rent (with the exception of cable or internet access). There are coin operated washers and dryers located in the basement of the apartment building. In addition, small animals are allowed with a pet deposit of approx. $200-300 (not really sure). If you are seriously interested, please respond to my posting or me at The current lease is scheduled to run until November 2008. But, my wife is willing to sublet for the remainder of the lease; with your security deposit.
