About me and my place
My house is 2000 sq. ft. 4bdrm 2.5baths and has a large yard. It's on the westbank (directly across the river from downtown New Orleans) in Terrytown. I have two bedrooms available; one for $450 and one for $550. You can have both bedrooms for $650. Utilities either 1/2 or 1/3 or we can negotiate a flat rate. Deposit is 1/2 month rent.
I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party occasionally.
I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 18 - 45.  My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is it/computers. Children live with me. I do not have any pets.
The house is located at across river from downtown New Orleans. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, yard, carpet, storage, parking, laundry, dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished. It features cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 550, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $0.00.

My roommate preferences
I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 45. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I do not mind a household with children.  I prefer a household without pets.   
My interests
I enjoy 4 wheelers, aquariums, swimming, fishing, live music, festivals.  I listen to the Cure, Joss Stone, Lenny Kravitz, Led Zeppelin, etc..  My favorite books are A Salty Piece of Land, Da Vinci Code, Black Wind, The Last Juror read recently.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Wild Boyz, Fear Factor, Ultimate Fighter, a lot of Disney channel with my daughter.  Movies I enjoy the most are Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill vol 1 and 2, Braveheart, Good Will Hunting, too many more to list.
