We are looking for one good roommate to join us and would like to have one more quality addition to the house! We enjoy traveling, heading out to catch live bands, and are big into the outdoors – hike, board/ski, fish/hunt, camp, rock climb, wakeboard, scuba, Mt. Bike….you name it). We are all mid 20’s, 1M & 2F, working professionals/students and are usually pretty quiet during the week but known to head out or have a few folks over on the weekend from time to time.
The room for rent is in a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in a newer (2 yr old) house in SE Portland. Available March 24th. Large fenced Back yard. Parking in driveway/street. 1 large bedroom available. Shared living areas. House is furnished, but there is room for all your belongings. Rent will be month to month. $400+ 1/4 utilities & $300 Deposit.
