I am currently working on screenplays, of my own. I am looking for privacy. I spend much time in my room on the Internet, and am also very helpful. I am looking people, both roommate and landlord, who will respectful my privacy & my things, as I will be with theirs. Quiet after 11PM. I don’t want a landlord who takes liberties. I am very quiet in my room because I use my headsets for TV. I have a reliable ine from the Government. ‘

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "work at home". My professional occupation is creative/ media. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

A considerate roommate, who isn't a party animal more than once a week. Clean enough not to leave an obstacle course for me to climb over. Mature enough not to make me listen to intimate interludes unless it is a very rare and special occasion.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 40 and 99. I don't mind if my roommates smoke.  I do not mind a household with children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy writing, travel, church, movies, TV, food, walking.  I listen to classic rock, blues, church hyms.  My favorite books are Bible, history, self-help, (mostly read off the Internet).  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch 30 Days, Who Wants to be Millionaire, old repeats.  Movies I enjoy the most are Too many to list..
