I am a 29 year old male. I need someone to share rent and utilites. I have the 1st floor of a 2 family flat, 2 bdroom 1 bath. There is a large living area, a decent sized kitchen, a finished room in the basement for 1st floor use, a yard and open basement for storage and what not. It is a good sized apt and there is a washer and dryer in the basement, no dishwasher though. The place is pretty much furnished but I am not opposed to moving some of my stuff out and there is ample storage if you have stuff that you would like to keep but aren't to keen on using for now. I am pretty laid back and work alot (2nd shift, usually gone 10 to 12 hours a day). I am a smoker (with a roomate I would prefer to only have folks smoke downstairs or outside). I have a dog he acts tough but is really a sissy. I am fairly quiet most of the time but also like to have fun. Most of my time spent at home is dedicated to video games, movies, or the dog. I enjoy having people over but don't do it very often. I don't mind if someoneelse does though. I look forward to hearing from you

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke.  I prefer a household without children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy my dog, video games, movies, reading, scubadiving, rock climbing, camping.  I listen to Wide variety, john cash, beastie boys, hip-hop, rocknroll.  My favorite books are as long as it is a good story I"ll read it..  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch adult swim, scrubs, sopranos.  Movies I enjoy the most are Boondock saints, Snatch, Pulp Fiction.
