I just purchased a house in Madison Park and am looking to share it with someone - living alone is just too quiet. The house is 3br, 2.5 bath, 1900 finished sq ft with a deck, finished basement, second kitchen, washer/dryer and air conditioning. It has freshly refinished hardwood floors throughout and recently remodeled bathrooms. It is located just off Tyvola between South Blvd and Park Road, and within walking distance of a Lynx (light rail) station. It's within a couple miles of 4 parks, South Park Mall, Park Road shopping center and 77 and about 7 miles from JWU and CPCC campuses. I'm a 23 year old, laid back guy - I'm OK with pretty much anything. I've been down in Charlotte a little over a year now and work in the IT field. Rent includes Internet access, TV and trash pickup. I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party weekends.

I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 23 - 23.  My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is it/computers. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 28. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I do not mind a household with children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy Photography, puters, Cars, Music, Friends, Video Games.      If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Family Guy, House, Top Gear, American Dad, South Park, Simpsons, Scrubs.
