I'm a 31 year old single guy who needs a roomie because I want to move to the West End/21st Avenue/Belmont-Lipsb-Vandy/Green Hills/East Nashville area. It's always less expensive to get a 2 bedroom/2 bath in those areas and split the rent rather than to pay for a 1 bedroom/1 bath by yourself.~~~I work from home for an online university and teach online classes as well. I'm also a professional student too. I'm looking for a roommate(s) who is social/fun but not a heavy partier...someone who will pay their half of the rent/bills on time...someone who is generally respectful and responsible.

I get up before 6am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is education/ training. I do not have any pets.
