Hi, I'm a 3rd year law student attending University of Georgia. The place is a 4 bdr/3 bath townhouse on the eastside of town. I've lived hear since starting law school and I've enjoyed the quietness of the plex and its proximity to downtown and campus.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.

I live in a 3 person co-ed household. Age 22 - 24. My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is student/ graduate. I do not have any pets.

The apartment complex is located at Eastside. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, wood floors, carpet, parking, laundry, dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - $150.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $60.00.

I am looking for roommates. Male or Female for the three available rooms. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom and the two upstairs room share the adjacent bathroom amongst themselves. My room is downstairs with its own bathroom. I would prefer a student because they would have similar schedule as myself. I'm not a smoker, nor am I accustomed to living with smokers. I'm not loud, nor do I have loud guests.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 30. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.I prefer living only with students.
