The house is kept very clean and I'm looking for someone who likes to keep it that way. I'm a 34 yr old professional, laid back and easy going.
Location is 5 mins from Ybor, 10 mins to Downtown/ Channelside, 15 mins to the airport, 3 mins to I4/275. Rent is 500.00 plus half electric.
I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party weekends.
I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 30 - 40.
My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is engineering.
Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.
