Professional, neat, easy going and friendly but respectful of others and their privacy. Will be in Austin area working on a project from June 7th til around 1st of September, could be later. I will be working a lot of hours and just want a nice quiet oasis. Ill be working in South Austin and Downtown area and would like only a 15 minute or so mute.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is health services. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

Bedroom with a private bath. Kitchen privileges as I like to cook. Prefer to share household with only one other person unless house is very large. I also prefer no pets or kids.

I enjoy reading, the arts, watching football and tennis.  I listen to jazz, blues, classic rock, classical.  My favorite books are self improvement, travel, fiction, bible.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch boston legal, travel channel.  Movies I enjoy the most are action, drama.
