I relocated down from Monterey 9 months ago to Yorba Linda. Although I'm happy with where I live, I would really like to be happier about my drive to/from work again! So, I'm looking to relocate closer to my job in Anaheim. I'm easy going, neat, respectful of others' space, and would like a fortable environment. I'm a busy professional with a daytime job and do not have people over very often or regularly. Ideally my roomate/s would be respectful of my things, clean up after him/herself and not have random pany over every night. I have no kids or pets of any kind.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is health services. I do not have any pets.

Looking for a nice place, private bedroom and bathroom (preferrable), and will consider a furnished room. I would be up for a 6mo lease, turning into month-to-month after that.
