Right on the #28 Majestic bus route, close to UVic, close to beach and Mount Doug hiking trails, in house laundry, fireplace, dishwasher, espresso machine, great big sundeck, veggie garden and one crazy, loving little dog. We watch tons of movies and have rather "Family Guy" senses of humour. We have a great landlord. Also, free cable and wireless internet.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

We are looking for a long-term rental. Basically a mitment until April of next year. We're really looking for someone who's looking for a place to call home more than a crash pad. We have tons of cooking gear and furniture, but the actual room is unfurnished. Our only hitch is we can't have anymore pets, although I'm sure a fishtank or hamster wouldn't be a problem. Also, we can only have one more roommate, so unfortunately no couples.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 20 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy music, B horror movies, pop culture trivia, camping, books, cooking, baking.  I listen to pretty much anything, just no nickelback or ani difranco..  My favorite books are far more than we could probably list here..  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Family Guy, Extras, Little Britain, Unsolved Mysteries, anything to do with ghosts or UFOs..  Movies I enjoy the most are everything from arthouse to Jack Black. Very few romantic edies..
