I am looking to sublet my room which is part of a 2 bedroom split (meaning there are 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a bathroom..no living room/mon space) The rent is $800.00 a month which includes heat & hot water. Cable and electricity are seperate. (The cable bill generally runs appx. $50 per person & the electric is about $20 per person) The Fenmore Condominium building is very safe & management & maintenence here are always on top of things. I am looking to sublet the place from June 1st until the lease ends on August 31st due to a family emergency that I need to be back home for.
