Hi my name is Shane. My girlfriend and I (together for 4 years) bought
a house recently and we have an available room for rent. We are both
24, with one other roomate (friend) that is 28. We have 2 cats that
are very nice and basicly just lay around the house all day. My
girlfriend Audrey's sister just went to iraq (she is in the military) and so we
are taking care of her 7 year old dog for abouth 5 months. the dog is
trained and is just like the cats...laying around the place most of
the time. We are very respectfull, considerate people...and a normal day
consists of going to school, and or working, ming home and having a
drink or 2 and then passing out. Our other roomate's name is Uriah
and you may never even see him. He spends most of his time at work...and
when he is at home he is eather watching tv or in his room sleeping
=). We are basicly looking for someone that wants to stay for a while.
Someone who wants to treat this house as their own. Someone who is
interested in living somewhere that is family/friend oriented. we are looking for someone who is pletely laid back, and can
be understanding if anything happens. Although we aren't clean freaks,
we do like the place to stay tidy. we dont have any rules or anything
like that (except the obvious stuff like no smoking in the house). We
basicly want someone who is mature and does things . The room itself is pretty
normal....about 12foot by 10 foot or so...mabey bigger. there is a shared bathroom for you and 1 other person. and the room has a nice sized closet as well. the neighborhood is nice, and everything is within 2 minutes driving time. we have a fairly large back yard (good for BBQ's soon as we get a grill). there is a dish washing machine, washer, dryer, 2 car garage, cable hookup in the room, and also high speed internet. The rent is $545.00 and all utilities are shared. usually all the utilities per person are about 60-80 bu
