I am not a clean freak, but I do expect you to pick up after yourself in the shared space. You can keep your room as clean or messy as you want, but not dirty. The room is currently unfurnished. I have a variable work schedule-some evenings/some days, usually home by 10 p.m.. On the lease term I put 3 month lease, this is so together we can decide if it works for us both. This way neither one of us is obligated if it isn't working out! I have an adorable and friendly 6 year old Irish Terrier who is the sweetest dog ever. I am open to animals, it is up for discussion.
