I'm a web developer and performer who recently relocated to the eastside of Detroit. I'm forming an artist colony in a 2-storey duplex. I have the permission of the owner to do whatever I want with the place in my best judgment. Two kitchens with one specifically designated for vegan/vegetarian use. Two full baths. Permission to modify/paint the place as we see fit. Van Dyke, Warren, Gratiot, and Grand Belt bus lines are all a short walk away. Van Dyke, Warren and Gratiot buses run 24/7. WSU, Eastern Market and Hamtramck are all within 3 miles. Hart Plaza / Downtown is a short bus ride or 4 miles away. I-94 is a mile away. I shop at Eastern Market every Saturday that I can. It is exceptionally easy with a small chip-in from roommates to bring back enough food for a week for to people at $15 per person per week. Rent is 300 plus a share of the utilities.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat vegetarian.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I rarely have overnight guests.I party weekends.
