Hi, my roomate and I are parting ways soon, to be closer to our jobs. I'm a single guy with no kids. My hobbies are playing my guitar, volleyball, pool, bowling, golf, fishing and anything new I can learn. I don't usually have random people over other than a few close friends occasionally. I do have a dog named max. He is a 60 lb. boxer who is very well behaved and housetrained. Does not chew or dig and is very friendly. I try to stay active and not waste life watching tv. I don't smoke but do drink socially when out with friends. I'm also fairly dedicated to eating healthy and excersizing regularly.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is sales. Children do not live with me. I have a pet dog.

I'm looking to share a house in cordova, germantown, or east memphis. I like meeting new people and am very adaptable. I'm open to a female roomate and have had some in the past. We can stay out of each others way or hang out as friends. You decide

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 37. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.   

I enjoy wlifting, running, nutrition, guitar, car shows, concerts, dining out, drinks with friends, boating.  I listen to 80"s rock, some hip hop, a little country, blues, metal.  My favorite books are Im more of a magazine guy.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch CSI, Rock of Love(haha), UFC, Everybody loves Raymond, Law and Order.  Movies I enjoy the most are anything but horror movies.
