I have a great personality a fun roommate and neighbor. I'm quiet, very clean and always willing to help out with items around the house. I'm the kind of person who takes pride in everywhere I have lived. I would be interested in a longer term rental (1 year +). I have a quaranteed ine, that will always cover my expenses on time. Usually out of the house early in the morning and back in late afternoon. I have outstanding references, rental history and good credit. This will ensure you are not making a mistake and have a honest and sincere person for a roommate or tenant. I do not use any illegal drugs and drink very rarely. I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests. I party rarely.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is other. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 25 and 47. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat, a pet dog.   

I enjoy biking, reding, beach, outdoors, hiking, dinner, friends, fun.  I listen to all types.    If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Desparate Housewives, CSI, Simpsons, Today show, and the list goes on.  Movies I enjoy the most are Too many to choose a few.
