My name is Tom and I'm looking to move to Uptown Charlotte. I'm 23 years old and just moved to Charlotte about a year ago. Currently living down by Matthews but looking to move Uptown in June to be closer to the action of Uptown and my work. I currently work as an investment specialist in the Gateway Village. I would be looking for a place for a year lease as that seems to have worked pretty well so far. I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I rarely have overnight guests. I party weekends.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is finance/ banking. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

I'm looking for a down to earth roommate who isnt too crazy during the week but knows how to have a good time during the weekend! I'm a big fan of sports and going out with friends on weekends so a roommate with the same interest would be ideal at least.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 20 and 28. I don't mind if my roommates smoke.  I do not mind a household with children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy college football, movies, music, hanging out with friends, going out to dinner.  I listen to alternative, rock.    If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch entourage, its always sunny in phil, 24.  Movies I enjoy the most are the departed, beerfest, boondock saints.
