I am a hard working 37 year old Christian female looking to share my 2/2 condo in Dania, one mile from the beach on Sheridan. I have a dog that is very well mannered that lets himself out - so no accidents in 2 years and he has never barked or growled. He's a great panion, but no help with the bills. I have trained him not to enter the guest bedroom, so you will not have any pany from him. My usual routine is to walk in the morning and then I pretty much coop myself up in my office and work the next 10 hours straight. I am a virtual assistant for an executive placement firm. When I power-down in the evenings, I usually take another walk and then run errands or grab a bite out or just relax infront of the TV. I have a passion for "reality" programs. I'm not proud of that, by the way. My job takes me out of town about every 3 weeks and I like to travel whenever I can. I would be hopeful that my roommate could fill his bowls with water and food if he's not traveling with me. The rent would include all of the following except electricity: Water Trash Internet Cable Phone (for local calls and faxes, of course) The unit is furnished, so my ideal candidate would not have much in the way of furniture, but it's not a deal-breaker.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.
