I'm moving to Jacksonville to go to UNF this summer (august 08) and will be renting a 2b/2b at ST John's Plantation. The apartments are nice and fairly new, some updates, close to UNF and stuff. I have two nice spayed female cats. I like to have fun but I'm not a huge partier- usually take the party elsewhere. I'm quiet and considerate and I like home to be a relaxing place. I enjoy beer, wine, coffee, reading, movies, hiking, biking, etc. Don't smoke.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 1 person female only household. Age 18 - 99.  My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is student/ graduate. Children do not live with me. I have a pet cat.

The apartment complex is located at southside/near UNF. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, carpet, storage, gym, parking, laundry, dishwasher, pool. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 0.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $150.00.

Need roommate 8/08- March 09. Other terms negotiable, temp is fine. Overnight guests are fine as long as it doesn't turn into a 7-11. If you're considerate, nice, and have a good sense of humor we'll probably get along. Don't care if you smoke as long as it's outside and legal.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I don't mind if my roommates have a pet cat.   

I enjoy reading, skating, lifting ws, hiking, kayaking, biking, movies, shopping, drinking beer, drinking wine, drinking coffee, beach.  I listen to rock, country, dance, lounge.  My favorite books are fiction.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Sopranos, Desperate Housewives, Rome, House MD, Weeds.  Movies I enjoy the most are The Goonies, Spaceballs, SuperTroopers, Long Kiss Good Night, The Kingdom, Full Metal Jacket.
