I moved into a two-story townhouse last year with two friends, both of whom have decided to be RA's on campus next school year. Roommates who are looking to lease out for a year starting July 1, 2008 and don't mind rent at $600/month + utilities. The townhouse is great and convenient to both Belmont and Vanderbilt, so ideally I'm looking for roommates who are students (grad or undergrad) or young urban professionals.
