The apartment is old, built in the 1970's, however the location is great and easily accessible to the 75, 35,and 45. You will have a small patio that opens to the pool and a 2'x 8' closet and private bathroom. Pets are okay as long as the Pet is well behaved and potty trained. Pet deposit is $200. Lease is for months. Looking for professional and/or graduate level in school, with a spouse or not. Enjoys to go out, respectful about noise level during the week, understands that sometimes the weekend starts on Thursday, and likes to have people over on the weekends. I do respect others property and expect others to ask before they take (vice versa). This ideally is for someone who does not mind older plex's and has an imagination to decorate their room...if needed. Me...I work a lot, enjoy traveling, and volunteer during the week. In a relationship, but spend most of my time at his home when he is in town. Work out a few times during the week and am pretty quiet during the week. I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party weekends.
