I’m a 21 year old female looking for a roommate to share my cute one bedroom condo in the John’s Landing area of SW Portland. A few months ago my girlfriend and I broke up, leaving me with a large financial burden and a difficult situation. I can no longer afford to live here alone, and I understand that sharing a bedroom with someone isn’t necessarily ideal, which is why I’m offering it for $300. The condo is fully furnished (beds included) and has a nice kitchen with lots of counter space, a walk-in closet, a beautiful fireplace, a large bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Utilities average an extra $100-150 per month for your share, which includes basic cable, wifi, gas, and electric. I have two lovely kitties who also share the condo. They’re generally laid back and of course don’t smell (I change their litter box religiously). I will consider another cat, but please no dogs (sorry, my kitties aren’t used to them). I like keeping my place clean, and you should too. I’m currently working evenings as a server, which means I get home late sometimes. I know the situation isn’t ideal, but I am easy to get along with, and the location is great. I’m close to Willamette Park, across the bridge from Sellwood, ten minutes from Downtown, and close to PCC Sylvania. This could be a great place for a student. I don’t party (at home) and rarely have people over. I will be going back to school (OCI or PSU) e the Fall, so the condo will be a pretty low key place to study and relax.

I get up 10am - 12pm.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat vegetarian. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests. I party rarely.

A roommate (literally) to share my condo either short term or long term. You must be financially stable with a job, respectful, responsible, pay bills on time, and like cats. Preferably non-smoking and definitely no hard drugs.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 28. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I prefer a household without pets.
