I am a 25-year-old male professional who works in the entertainment industry: Theater, Concerts, Tours stuff like that. Currently my work requires me to travel about 2 weeks are so a month. I grew up in Southern, CA and moved out to the UWS about 2 years ago. I got tired of living in the city so I moved just 15 minutes out of the city recently., The room is in a 2-bedroom apartment just 15-20 minutes from 42nd & 8th Ave. In North Bergen, NJ. It's just one block away from NJ bus system in a very nice quite area. It has a big mon space with wood floors. Small kitchen "I cook, but not often" with wood floors. Shared Bathroom "Sorry, But I keep it very clean, that's a MUST!" You get 24 hr. access to washer & dryer in plex. With parking in front of plex. A few block from a park, small stores, bar, and other little things., I get up around 8am - 11am. I go to bed 10pm - 1am. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I do work many 12 hr.+ days at times so on days off I like to chill out around the house and listen to music, watch some movies, play video games or catch up on sleep., My work schedule is best described as "med". My professional occupation is Technical Director/Sound Engineer so my workdays and hours very. I Mostly work weekend and mid-day to late nights. I don't have Children. I do not have any pets.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party rarely.

I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 25 - 26.  My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is other. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

I am open to anything but this is a start! I am looking for a roommate between the ages of 18 and 30 that is responsible and pays their bills in a timely fashion. I prefer non-smoking roommate but open to outdoor smokers also. I do not mind a household with children. I prefer a household without pets.
