Hi... My roommate, Jen, recently told me that she is going to be moving out around the 1st of June. She and I found each other on over 3 years ago and we have been living together since then and it's been great. Unfortunately she found a housing opportunity she just can't pass up and so I need to find someone to take over her part of the lease. We live in a very nice, relatively new IAC apartment munity in Irvine - right by the Tustin MarketPlace (Serrano Apts off of Bryan between Jamboree & Culver - It's a nice 2-bed/2-bath setup with garage right below us. The available room is "master-suite" style with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen has all of the amenities and there is even a washer/dryer right inside (no quarters needed!!!). The lease lasts through September 30th and we would ask that you sign on to the lease and we will remove Jen's name so its a clean transaction. Hopefully if all goes well, we'd want to renew in Sept/Oct and continue to live here. I have no desire to move anytime soon - its a great apt in a great location, its close to work, and just about everything else in my life - I'm very happy here and Jen has been too. We started out just as random roommates but have bee very close friends over the last 3 years. As for me, I'm Ryan a 31 year old guy who is pretty clean, no drugs, no smoking...don't usually drink at home except for the occasional glass of wine or a pre-party cocktail....otherwise I keep the partying and that kind of stuff at other people's houses so I don't trash our place. I am responsible and pay my bills on time - and I would expect that you would too.
