I have a beautiful brand new 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Spring Hill (15 minute drive to Cool Springs). My spare bedroom is 11X11, (can be either partly furnished or unfurnished) with a private bath and HUGE walk in closet! Roommate would have use of Living, Dining, Kitchen, and Laundry rooms. Amenities include a pool and 24 hour fitness center. Own parking spot. Stores/restaurants/Super Target near by. Interstate is 2 minutes away. I am looking to charge $500-600 depending on whether my roommate wants to pay half of the utilities or pay a flat fee per month. I don't have cable or internet but would be willing to get it if I found a roommate to pay $600(and who also wanted cable/internet), if not, then I would charge $550 for a flat rate. I have lived by myself for a year and I have been prayerfully considering having a roommate. I am a professional nanny in Cool springs and my day starts at 5:30 am. I enjoy having a peaceful, fortable, tidy home to e home to in the evening. I am very responsible, kind hearted, sensible, creative girl who loves to laugh. I love Jesus and am looking for a roommate with the same values I have. I enjoy music, yummy food, and hanging out with good friends. I moved to Nashville from CA 7 years ago and I love the area and all it has to offer. I love coffee...and FRIENDS (well, my loved ones AND the tv show)! I enjoy scrapbooking, dancing/singing at the top of my lungs in the car, and relaxing when I get a chance(I work 50+hour weeks).

I get up before 6am.I go to bed 8pm - 10pm. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely.

I am looking for a dependable, kind roommate to move in late Summer/early Fall. I am just moving in and need some time to paint, decorate and make my house my home. My last roommate is one of my best friends, but she is a young musician and into the party scene. She was somewhat irresponsible, and had a dog that she didn't clean up after. I love her to death, and I am not at all saying these things to slander her. We just realized we are two very different people to be roommates. I prefer someone who is clean(and cleans up after their guests), quiet in the evening, and has a similar schedule (I am a light sleeper so having a loud roommate ing home at 2am isn't going to work ). Responsible drinking is fine, but no smoking/drugs go on in my home. :) Also, no boyfriends staying over. I prefer no pets, and someone who prefers to go barefoot in the house. If all of this makes me sound high maintenance, I'm really not...
