I am 21 years old responsible male. i currently live w/my dad but it is TIME! I am a singer and songwrighter- i produce- make beats all of that great stuff. i work in nashville so a apartment close to downtown would be great!! but i'm flexible.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed after 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is creative/ media. I do not have any pets.
