I'm a graduate student at LSU Health Sciences Center. I'm looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment that I am renting. My current room mate leaves for Law school at the end of July, so I would be looking for someone to move in by August. The apartment is located Uptown, New Orleans in a nice neighborhood. It is approx 1100 sq.ft. with a sun-room, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lots of closet space. It has hardwood floors and every room has its own A/C unit. We use space heaters in winter but this tends to keep the power bills relatively low. Rent includes water. There is a laundry room located downstairs and is shared by the other apartments. It is a nice, spacious apartment; I have lived there for 2 years now and don't really want move since its located in an awesome place (few blocks from Magazine S., and 3 blocks off the Mardi Gras parade routes for those of you who are interested).

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 2 person household. Age 25 - 30.  My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is biology/ life science. Children do not live with me. I do not have any pets.

The apartment building (1-10 units) is located at Uptown New Orleans. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, wood floors, yard, parking, laundry. Your room is unfurnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 525, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $150.00.

Need a roomie. Preferably a working professional or a student in a professional school. However, I am flexible about this depending on the person. Also, I would prefer a non-smoker but should u feel the need to smoke you would need to do that outside of the house. I like people who are clean, especially around the mon areas of the house and who share doing the house chores!!! Other than that cool laid-back and sociable people are most wele. If you do enjoy hanging out thats awesome and rest assured I do understand the meaning of personal space as well!!

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I prefer a household without children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy Music, Photography, Reading, Karaoke singing!!.  I listen to Pink Floyd, The New Orleans Bingo Show, Classical Rock, 80"s pop, mostly anything really.... i"m open to new musical experiences!.  My favorite books are Lord of the Rings, Angels and Demons, Harry Potter, Sci-Fi, Graphic novels etc.....  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Everybody Loves Raymond, That 70"s show, South Park, Family Guy, History Channel.  Movies I enjoy the most are The Shawshank Redemption, Lord of the Rings, Batman Begins, The Boondock Saints, Gattaca, Finding Nemo... etc..
