Hello everyone. I'm 23 years old and originally lived in the suburbs close to work but am excited to move into Chicago where all the action is. Since I haven't found anyone else moving October 1, I figure I'll give this a try. I definitely want to live in a fun neighborhood (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Bucktown). I'm probably the easiest roommate you will ever meet. I'm incredibly easy going and considerate. I enjoy going out and having fun, but am not overly loud or obnoxious. As a bonus, I just spent the year living by myself so I have a collection of nice furniture, a nice tv, and all the kitchen appliances we could ever need. I went to school down in Champaign and now work for a financial services pany in the north suburbs. I've lived near Chicago all my life and couldn't love this city more. I get up before 6am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is finance/ banking. I do not have any pets.

In a roommate: Someone dependable, honest, and fun to be around. I'd prefer somebody close to my age. I am pletely open to living with a man or woman. I don't expect the place to be spotless, but somebody reasonably neat is a definite must. I also am hoping to live drama free as much as possible. I get along with everyone I meet so this shouldn't be a problem, as long as you're kind and considerate. The apartment: I've always lived in a nice place and ideally want to spend somewhere between $800-$1000 for a 2BR. If we can find value somewhere else, I'm all for it. The things I have to have: good location with available street parking, dishwasher, spacious bedrooms, AC. Some of the things I'd really prefer to have: balcony/patio, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, my own bathroom. I'd definitely promise on some of these things to live with the right person though.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 21 and 25. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
