I am 21 and a former marine. I have pleted 3 cobat tours to Iraq I am proud to say. Now, I am going to be going to UNC-Charlotte seeking a degree in Biochemistry. God willing that is. The place I have is in the ples Sterling Morrison located in South Park Charlotte. It is right across from the South Park Mall. There is a few golf courses right near the area. Which I will spend most of my weekends at. Also, I love to drink wine, horse racing, surfing.... ect Anything you want to know about me personally... just ask.

I get up before 6am.I go to bed 12am - 2am. I eat kosher. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.

I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 21 - 21.  My work schedule is best described as "student". My professional occupation is consulting. Children do not live with me. I have a pet dog.

The apartment complex is located at South Park. The residence features air conditioning, deck or patio, wood floors, yard, carpet, gym, parking, elevator, laundry, tennis, jacuzzi, dishwasher, pool. Your room is furnished. It features private bathroom, phone jack, furnished, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - 0.00, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $200.00.

Anyone that is responsible. I mean that word for everything that it is worth. Moreover, I also like someone who is clean. However, I am not holding anyone to "marine" standards by no means.... but things need to be kept nice in all the living areas. That falls back onto the first thing I mentioned... be responsible. I do not mind parties, friends hanging over, ect... or anything else a possible room mate may partake in... just as long as they are responslibe. I would like to find a social roomate. I am sure that would help out in the long run as far as us sharing a place of residence.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only.  I do not mind a household with children.  I prefer a household without pets.   

I enjoy wine, surfing, horse racing, running, swimming, music......  I listen to Dave Matthews..... heck anything.  My favorite books are The Kite Runner, House of a Tousand Splendid Suns, The Rum Dairies, Angels and Demons, Deception Point, ect.  If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch Lost, Rome, Grey"s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Nip Tuck.
