She will be moving out by the end of July, so we need to find someone to take over her part of the rent. We have a 3-story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have your own bed/bath on the top floor. This is the master bedroom. It has a ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a nice view of downtown. The master bath includes 2 sinks and a large bathtub. In addition to the master bedroom walk-in closet, you will also have a closet with shelving on the 2nd floor. We will share a Kitchen, Living/Dining area which has a loft ceiling, a guest bathroom and closet on the main floor and a Laundry room located on the 2nd floor. This includes a new washer and dryer. Other than that we'll also be sharing the staircase between the 1st-2nd floor, but the 2nd-3rd floor stairwell is all yours, so knock yourself out. We have a 2-car garage, so you will have you will have one of the spots in the garage to park. Other house amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops (island), LCD 32" TV as well a PS2 and SEGA Genesis. Out-door Amenities include beautiful landscaping, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, park and bike trail. The plex is new and we are the first to live in the condo, so everything is in great condition. A responsible/reliable roommate who fits all the obvious qualifications, such as cleanliness and respect for others space and privacy. It's a plus if you are into music... as in you play an instrument other than the kazoo. I have a couple guitars myself and although I love to play, I pletely understand not wanting to hear someone making noise all day long. I'd prefer that you don't make any noise after 10PM. This goes for me too of course. When I say noise I mean partying or blasting music/movies. Obviously I don't expect you to tip-toe around. Just be respectful. Parties on the weekend are fine as long as we both agree upon it before hand. It's also a plus if you like to cook. I cook sometimes, but rarely find the time to do so. Lastly I expect rent to be paid on time and for you to clean up after yourself like you'd expect from me. Just mon sense and courtesy.
