Currently looking to move downtown, but would like to find a roommate for a 2 br loft in the Washington district. Giving this a try before i submit my application for a 1br but don't necessarily want to spend 950 a month for myself :)

I get up before 6am.I go to bed 8pm - 10pm.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party weekends.

I live in a 1 person male only household. Age 22 - 22. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is it/computers. I do not have any pets.

The apartment building (10+ units) is located at Washington District hopefully. Your room is unfurnished. Fees: to move in - $0.00, parking - $125.00. Total cost of utilities - $75.00.

Responsible person who doesn't e in at 2am and plain about me getting up at 5am. Funnnn guy/girl who enjoys going out downtown bc thats what I do on days off.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 20 and 26. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.

I enjoy Boating (lake life), night life, movies, college (believe it or not I enjoy going to school), etc..I listen to wide variety...not country.My favorite books are haha all i have time to read are exam prep books.If I am in front of a TV, I usually watch family guy, south park, trailor park boys, nip tuck, don"t watch tv shows religiously....Movies I enjoy the most are vanilla sky, garden state, stay, united states of leland, wicker park, etc..
