The room that will be availible Oct. 1st is the master bedroom of a 3 bedroom (one of the bedrooms has been turned into an office) 2 bath house with a living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced in back yard and a great deck in a nice, quiet and central neighborhood in Memphis. The house is about 5 mins (driving time) from the University of Memphis and about 10 mins from Overton Park. I'm a 25 year old female student who also works full time. I am an easy going, non intrusive, considerate, fun loving girl. I like to keep to myself for the most part but for sure like to be social at times. I have a cat so "Must Love Cats" ;). I heart music, love some classic rock, and love to hang with friends, have cocktails, and relax on the deck with some good tunes when I can.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

I live in a 1 person female only household. Age 25 - 25. My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is legal. I have a pet cat.

It features private bathroom, cable tv jack, private closet. Fees: to move in - $550, parking - $0.00. Total cost of utilities - $250.00.
