You will have your own bedroom/private bathroom. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, sink, pantry and granite island counter tops. Washer and Dryer are included in the apartment. There is also a huge balcony. Parking is a first e first serve. Location: Baldwin Park: Minutes from downtown Orlando and shopping centers. I currently live with my bestfriend (Shown in Picture) I am the one wearing black and she is wearing yellow. I love this place and I wouldn't leave if I could afford it. I am quitting my job soon to be a full-time student. I am helping my bestfriend find a replacement to take over my lease and renew it with her. She has a pet yorkie but is always in her room unless she is playing with him. She pays her bills. She is a senior at Rollins College so partying is kept to a minimum.
