The place is specifically for students and does individual leasing. I have two open rooms at the moment. It's 450 a month and electric is the only thing not included in that. Its nice and clean and about 15 mins from the U and about 5 or 10 form Pima West. It requires a little more explaining so please me if you're interested. I'm looking for clean, responsible, trustworthy people to room with.I would love for it to a fun atmosphere as well but I don't really want to host any "raging, huge" parties. I'm not into drugs, psycho boyfriends, or disrespectful friends either. I don't smoke, and would prefer if you didn't, but as long as it doesnt affect me that's fine. I'd prefer no pets but that's really not my choice since I'm not your rent. I'm really easygoing and as long as your respectful to me and my things we'll get along great.
