I am 21 male seeking a room in the Memphis area. Very laid back easy to get along with. I am single with no kids or pets but am open to both/either (kids aren't a problem nor pets). I'm not a neat freak but am far from a slob; I don't mind doing household chores (not a maid svc. more like tidying up around the place). I smoke and am not opposed to smoking outside. Although i'm 21 i do not really go out much (work too much). Overall, just looking for a nice place to share.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 12am - 2am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I rarely have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is other. I do not have any pets.

I'm not hard to please. Open to living with guys or women, Kids aren't a problem neither are pets. Sexual preference is not a problem (Straight, Gay, Lesbian etc. it doesn't really mater) I'd like to share a 2 or 3 bedroom house/condo/apt in a centrally located area (near any of the univ's here) or in the hickory hill area, but I am open to other areas. Extra amenities are nice but not necessary, just a basic apartment or house to share. I wouldn't me moving a lot of stuff and a furnished room would be great.
