Place is located at spectacle lake at the top of the malahat about 30 min drive north of Victoria. Situated on a 1/4 acre lot. Cable, internet, utilities included. 2 min walk to the lake, tennis courts close. 1 Parking space available in driveway. Big storage shed as well. No pets allowed as I already have two :) household things I do not mind doing whether it be yours or mine: -dishes, laundry, cooking, general cleaning Things I do not like doing but have to anyways: Mowing the lawn, taking out the garbage, weeding, fing things. If you would like to trade chores that could be arranged :)

I am not to picky as far as gender or age, what is important is that we will fit together. More importantly what I am not looking for is: - someone who brings their great great grandmothers china and puts it in the cupboard and scolds me for using it when I thought it was just a piece of second hand crap (no offence.) - Overanalyzers. You do not stand at the fridge with a sharpie in one hand, carton of milk in the other and say "who drank this cm of milk???" I do not use your stuff unless have been told otherwise and I expect the same in return. - You do not kick my dog or even give her so much as the evil eye. She is only 7 lbs and also my best friend. She does not bark or do anything to deserve this what so ever. nuff said - You do not have a million people over EVERY weekend. I don't mind the odd gathering, but weekends are not always cause for celebration. - You do not let your friends trash the place. If you do, you have it cleaned up before I notice :) -
