I am 23 years old, working full-time for a construction company that specializes in Renovations. I enjoy going on outdoor adventures such as hikes, rock climbing , snowboarding, bike rides. In the evening I tend to go to the gym. I also have a girlfriend that is very busy herself. She is into salsa dancing, making money and hanging out with friends.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is trades/ labor. I do not have any pets.

I am looking for a roommate that is easy going and not high strung. If I can I would like to find a place close to downtown. Because I don't drive and like to be close to major bus routes.

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 35. I don't mind if my roommates smoke. I prefer a household without pets.
