Moving back to the Island in February after a few years in Vancouver

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party occasionally.

My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is trades/ labor. I do not have any pets.

I am looking for

Place to live basically. I'm going to be searching all options. Find a roomate, find someone who has a place with a room to rent, maybe find a place by myself. It's up in the air, so I gotta check out every possible path.

My roommate preferences

I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 99. I don't mind if my roommates smoke outside only. I prefer a household without pets.
