I'm a fulltime accountant for a Real Estate Developer and fulltime student at UCI. I work from 8:30am - 5:30 pm M-F and go to school 2 nights a week. The room for rent is a master bedroom w/private bathroom and spacious walk in closet. The apartment is a fully furnished, upstairs unit in a 4 plex situated in a quiet residential and safe neighborhood in Costa Mesa. Near OCC, Target, South Coast Plaza, 405 fwy. Utilities are shared (50/50)

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.

I am looking for a roommate, preferably female, professional, non-smoker, no drugs, considerate, respectful and clean. Someone who is fun but does not bring the party home. I'd also like for my roommate to feel at home, after all, once she pays rent, it is and should feel like home and not like she is just renting a room in someone else’s home.
