I do my partying away from the house so the house is a pretty quiet place, which is excellent for students. My place is 2 1/2 years old, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, just under 1500 square feet, with a small backyard. Located in a very safe and quiet munity. Excellent access to busing and only a 4 minute drive from the Claireview LRT station. I am only looking for 1 roomate, which means that the tenant would have their own full bathroom, with access to all of the townhouse. The rent is very low and it includes everything: wireless internet, cable, heat, electricity, water, the works.

I get up 6am - 8am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party weekends.

I am looking for a mature, responsible person, who cleans up after themselves and is not a handful to live with. Someone who pays rent on time and is reliable. I don't have a preference as far as male or female tenant, I just need to find someone who is easy to live with. I would prefer a non smoker, but if you do smoke then you can just step outside.
